Shipping & Handling Information
All of our fairing kits are made to order so please allow 5-7 business days for processing. After processing is complete your order will be shipped via EMS/USPS Express mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping.
Tracking Information
After your order has shipped you will be sent the tracking information. You can also login to your account at anytime to check the status or review your order information.
Defects/Damaged Fairings
We do our best to package our fairings so they do not get damaged in transit, however from time to time they do get broken. If you do receive a fairing that is damaged, please take photos of the damaged area and contact us ASAP to resolve the issue. The fairings must not be pre-installed.
Returns
We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and want to make our customers happy. If you have any problems with your fairings or you would like to return your fairings, please contact us ASAP. All returned fairings must be un-mounted and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping & there is a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned fairings.
Inspection Period
Please inspect your fairings within 3-business days of delivery. Due to shipping insurance regulations, damaged pieces will not be replaced after 3 days preceding delivery. Any paint/fairing issues must be brought to our attention within this period.
Shipping Policies
Please understand we do our best to make sure your package arrives as fast as possible, however we cannot control the shipping times. Please take note of our shipping policies:
Most packages arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment however some orders may take up to 21 business days. On the 22nd business day if there are no recent updates on your tracking information, your order is then classified as "lost in transit" and a replacement will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
If EMS/USPS.com does not show any update for 5 business days, a trace will be put on the package. If there is still no update within 5 business days, the item is classified as lost in transit and a replacement will be processed and re-shipped.
These policies must be followed due to USPS/EMS insurance regulations. EMS/USPS will not classify a package as lost until the 22nd business day.
